Quote requests (Contact page)

When you submit a quote request, we collect: company name (optional), contact name, phone number and email address; pickup address (street, city, state, postcode, and whether the address is residential); delivery address (the same fields); the type and number of items to be moved; the approximate weight; whether the items include dangerous goods; your selected service level; and any special requirements you select (tail gate, hand unload, or time slot).

Account enquiries (Accounts page)

When you submit an account enquiry, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your business that you provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, to provide a quote, to discuss setting up a business account, and to contact you by phone or email about your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

How Your Information Is Sent

When you submit either form, the details are sent by email to our business mailbox using Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph). A confirmation email is also sent back to the email address you provide, from our Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Data Retention

Enquiries submitted through this website are retained as email in our business mailbox, hosted by Microsoft 365. We do not maintain a separate database or customer relationship management system for website enquiries. We have not set a fixed retention period for these emails; they are retained according to our ordinary mailbox practices.

Who We Share Information With

We disclose personal information to the following third parties, each acting as a service provider on our behalf, and only as needed to operate this website and respond to your enquiry:

• Google, which provides our website analytics (Google Analytics 4), and only receives data if you accept analytics cookies.
• Microsoft, which provides our business email service (Microsoft 365) and is used to send and receive enquiry emails.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with any other third party.
